Autumn in the Adelaide Hills

Andrew and I both off on Saturday afternoon so thought we would take the opportunity to visit the Hills and see Mt Lofty Botanical Gardens. We headed up to Stirling after I had finished my ward round on Saturday morning and caught up for lunch with a friend. Stirling is really beautiful and this time of year even more spectacular with the change in the colour of the leaves. After that we visited the Mt Lofty Botanical Gardens and went for a walk around the lake and the Gardens. It’s such a good time of year to visit and because of this it was pretty busy. Worth tackling through the crowds though and as soon as you stepped off the main walks it was much quieter.

Really lovely day!IMG_1458DSC_0897DSC_0888DSC_0848DSC_0868DSC_0869DSC_0877
